Onsite Full Time General

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional, prompt, thorough internal Compliance & Ethics investigations, from routine to complex.
  • Plan and execute investigation plans; interview witnesses using fair/effective techniques.
  • Manage global investigations firms and/or outside counsel for interviews and evidence collection/review.
  • Research, collect, and analyze large quantities of data (per privacy laws); identify issues, draw conclusions.
  • Prepare timely, accurate, well-written investigation reports and oral/written summaries for business/HR (incl. executive leaders).
  • Communicate results that may support employment action and/or business/process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR/Employee Relations, Corporate Security, Law/External counsel, Cybersecurity, Quality) and build stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of investigative and/or legal and/or compliance experience (law firm, in-house, forensic/auditing, or government).
  • Pharmaceutical industry and relevant laws knowledge ideal (e.g., HCP interactions, FDCA, AKS, FCPA/FCA, GMP, GCP).
  • Knowledge of compliance standards/best practices; ability to interpret/apply policies.
  • Demonstrated investigation/project management across all investigation phases (data/record review, interviews, documentation, findings).
  • Sound judgment/objectivity, analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to determine root cause.
  • Ability to brief senior executive leadership; strict confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):

  • NJ (Madison/Giralda/Princeton): $157,080–$190,344.
