To support the Commercial Effectiveness team, the full-time remote Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting will manage the development and maintenance of forecasting models for respiratory products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial strategy and performance insights. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain US forecasting models across multiple respiratory products and indications Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent forecast assumptions and messaging Integrate data analyses and market research insights to enhance forecast accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in commercial demand forecasting within pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare consulting Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and experience with product launches High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with advanced analytical modeling and a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen
