Associate Director, Commercial Analytics (Fully Remote)

This hands-on individual contributor role drives promotional effectiveness analytics and forecasting for Vera's launch product. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Forecasting and Advanced Analytics, you will build models and present insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities: Measure and optimize promotional investment across channels, audiences, and customer segments. Develop patient-based demand forecasts and analyze real-world data to support launch reporting. Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and set standards for responsible use. Qualifications: Advanced degree in quantitative or scientific field preferred with 5+ years of commercial analytics experience in biotech or pharma. Proven expertise in promotional response modeling, ROI analysis, and forecasting using internal and external data assets. Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing executive audiences and managing multiple priorities.
