Associate Director, Character & Public Impact Programs

Radford University’s Highlander Center for Character and Public Impact seeks a motivated individual to manage large projects and events. The role coordinates with community partners and campus offices to align Center and University goals, assists with assessment and budget, and oversees communications and space.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree and at least three years in higher education or non-profit settings, plus strong leadership and collaboration skills.
