Duties
- Guide clients through cybersecurity incident responses and subsequent developments.

Requirements
- Experience with cybersecurity incident response and regulatory inquiries.
- Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, GLBA) is a plus.
- Am Law 100 experience preferred.
- Three or more years of commercial litigation experience with an interest in cybersecurity.
- Admission, or eligibility for admission, in the state of practice.
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the bar in the relevant state.
