Seeking a hands-on Associate Design Director, this full-time position can be hybrid or remote and focuses on exceeding client goals through innovative visual design, managing design systems, and mentoring teams while ensuring high-quality execution across various platforms. Key responsibilities Execute and manage original, conceptual, and system-driven visual design work in alignment with agency standards Build and maintain comprehensive visual design systems and modular toolkits for efficient asset production Provide mentorship to design staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and skill progression Required qualifications Expertise in visual design with a focus on design systems and multi-channel campaign scaling Proven experience leading design streams and managing multi-format adaptation pipelines Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with a strong understanding of digital production formats Outstanding communication and presentation skills Direct experience in team leadership and mentorship
