Vista Family Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and become part of a practice committed to exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships. As an Associate Dentist at Vista Family Dental, you will have the opportunity to lead treatment planning, build lasting patient relationships, and help guide the direction and growth of the practice while being supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and emergency dental examinations
• Diagnose conditions and present treatment recommendations to patients
• Provide high-quality restorative and general dental care
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral health
• Maintain autonomy in clinical decision-making and patient treatment planning
• Help lead and support practice growth alongside the team
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented office culture
• Maintain professionalism consistent with the practice’s mission and core values

Qualifications

• Active California Dental License
• DEA Registration
• Minimum 5 Years Of Clinical Experience
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to quality dentistry and patient-centered care
