About the Practice

Concierge Dental Group is a privately owned, owner-operated practice with five offices across Western New York. We focus on a fully digital workflow, incorporating state‑of‑the‑art 3‑D imaging, AI‑assisted diagnostics, and in‑house implant and surgical capabilities.

Who We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
• A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it’s their own
• A strong communicator, willing to lead clinically

Compensation and Benefits

• $160,000–$350,000 annual compensation — a daily guarantee during ramp‑up, then a percentage of collections that scales with your production
