* Positive, friendly work environment
* Outstanding earning potential 70% FFS 30% PPO
* $500-600 a day or 30% of Production
* 100% Lab covered
* Modern office and technology, including CEREC, i-Tero, 3D Cone Beam.
* $1,000 - 2,000 CE stipend a year

* 2+ years of general practice experience
* Experienced DDS, DMD. Licensed or license eligible in AZ.
