We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide full-scope family dentistry, including implant placement, to a diverse patient base of all ages.
- Perform comprehensive dental services, preventive care, and dental implants.
- Participate in team activities such as huddles, community outreach, and mentoring.
- Utilize advanced technology like digital x-rays, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training.
- Manage a typical patient load of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
Qualifications include:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program and active dental license or eligibility.
- CPR, DEA, and state-specific certifications; nitrous oxide certification required in certain states.
- Passion for compassionate care for patients of all ages.
- Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200K with uncapped earning potential.
