Compensation Structure
- $900 per day guaranteed during Year 1
- Part‑time option: Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
- Full‑time option: 5 days per week
- After Year 1: Tiered production‑based compensation available for associates exceeding production benchmarks

Professional Development

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California Dental License
- Strong clinical confidence in bread‑and‑butter dentistry
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Willingness to participate in MGE training
