Associate Dentist

Role Overview

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive and team-oriented environment. They support community health initiatives, participate in team meetings, and promote a positive image of the practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-rays, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Collaborate with a dedicated team supporting patient care, adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols, and contribute to a friendly, patient-focused atmosphere. Manage an average caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, with a focus on community engagement and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, possess a valid dental license, and maintain certifications like CPR and DEA. Certification in Nitrous Oxide is preferred in some states. Demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
