Refresh Valley Dental is a growing private practice located in Northampton, Massachusetts , right off I-91 in the Pioneer Valley , approximately 2 hours west of Boston . Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of adjusted production (production minus lab fees and implant parts)

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 3 months

Benefits Include:

• CE reimbursement up to $2,000 annually , plus up to $8,000 additional for molar endo or orthodontic training after the first year
• Medical insurance contribution (50% employer-paid)
• IRA with up to 3% employer match
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000 (reimbursed moving expenses, which may include movers, apartment deposits, and temporary housing)
• Flexible unpaid time off , up to 8 weeks annually with advance notice

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity for a dentist looking to practice in a modern, collaborative private practice with access to mentorship and advanced procedures .

The practice is flexible on scheduling structure , and part-time days and hours can be arranged around the right candidate. Our typical office hours run:

• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: Closed
• 1-hour lunch daily

The associate will perform a broad scope of dentistry, including:

• Composites
• Crowns
• Dentures

With additional procedures based on comfort and experience:

• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Clear aligners
• Implants
• Full-mouth rehabilitation

The owner is highly supportive of associates who want to continue growing clinically and is open to mentoring in advanced procedures or helping associates pursue high-level CE opportunities.

• A licensed general dentist
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience or completion of a GPR or AEGD
