With a steady flow of new patients , a loyal patient base , and a mostly fee-for-service model , we've built a rewarding, supportive environment for both our team and our patients, and we're looking for an associate to grow with us.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $900 per day for the first 90 days

The Opportunity

This is a full-time (4-day) or part-time associate role, offering a genuinely broad clinical scope with the mentorship to grow into it.

You’ll have the opportunity to practice a wide range of general dentistry, including operative, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, periodontics, and pediatric and geriatric care , as well as sleep apnea and TMJ services . Whether you’re already skilled across these areas or looking to expand your scope with hands‑on guidance , our owner doctors are here to support you.

You’ll work in a modern, well‑managed facility with a stable, collaborative team and a real long‑term growth path in a supportive private practice.
