Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of production or an $800 per day guarantee, whichever is higher

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day, ongoing

Expected Annual Earnings: $200,000 initially , with opportunity for growth over time

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, long-term associate role with a 4-day workweek , Monday through Thursday, and no Fridays .

Office hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

You’ll provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages , including children and adults, working from an established patient base in a supportive environment. The practice uses an iTero Lumina scanner , creating the potential for a fully digital dentistry workflow .

Core procedures include:

• Restorative dentistry , including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Removable prosthodontics
• Implant restorations
• Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Patient education and communication regarding treatment options

Experience with Invisalign and sleep apnea treatment is preferred but not required , and training and support may be available for the right candidate looking to expand their skill set.
