Dr. Big Smilez is a thriving, fast-growing general dentistry practice in Alton, Texas, in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. We're a friendly, motivated, team-oriented office on a simple mission: deliver outstanding, affordable care in a fun, welcoming environment while building genuine, lasting relationships with our patients.

Our practice is exceptionally busy, welcoming 150 new patients every month, and we've reached the point where there's far more dentistry than one doctor can handle. That's where you come in. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-volume, established practice with an immediate, full patient base and the support to produce, and earn, at a very high level.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% to 35% of collections , with genuinely uncapped earning potential

Daily Guarantee: $800 to $1,000 per day (based on experience) for the first 3 to 4 months while you ramp up

Expected Earnings: $300,000+ annually for a motivated, driven dentist

The Opportunity

With 100 to 150 new patients a month and a single doctor currently producing at a very high level, there is more than enough work to keep you fully productive from day one, no ramp-up, no building a base from scratch.

Your income scales with your drive:

• Steady pace: $3,000–$4,000/day in production
• Faster, driven pace: $5,000–$6,000/day

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• No weekends (unless you choose to)

You’ll practice a broad scope of bread-and-butter general dentistry , including:

• Crowns and bridges
• Root canals (high volume)
• Fillings
• Scaling and root planing (with laser periodontal therapy )
• Invisalign and some orthodontics
• Some implant dentistry

Mentorship & Growth

Hands‑on guidance to build speed, confidence, and scope, whether you're newer or established. We want someone coachable and driven , and we'll help you hit your ceiling.

Our practice is well‑equipped and modern , including:

• Laser dentistry for periodontal therapy
• Modern general dentistry technology and systems throughout our large, 12-operatory office
