Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Structure: 32% of collections (minus 50% lab fees)

• Expected Earnings: $250,000-$350,000 annually

• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 90 days

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position with a Monday-Friday schedule , offering consistency and strong patient flow. The associate will provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including:
