Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000+
Compensation: 30% to 34% of adjusted production, based on skill and experience

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role stepping into a busy, high-production practice with a strong, established patient base and steady new patient flow of about 35 patients per month. You'll have the volume and support to build a productive schedule from day one.

You'll practice in a fully paperless, technology-forward office , equipped with:

• CBCT imaging
• Intraoral scanners
• Intraoral cameras
• Digital X-rays
