Our model combines the support of a multi-location group with the feel of a small, family-oriented practice , allowing doctors to practice with true autonomy while still having access to peer support .

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: 30-33% collections (based on experience)(98.3% collection rate)

Expected Earnings: $300,000 – $450,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $1000/day (based on experience) While a daily guarantee is offered, the current associate consistently exceeds it—reflecting the strong patient demand and production opportunity in the practice.

One of the current associate doctors produced over $1.03 million last year while working approximately 30 clinical hours per week, primarily focusing on bread-and-butter dentistry and simple implants while still referring out most endodontics and advanced implant cases.

• Comprehensive treatment planning
