Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250K–$400K+ annually depending on production and procedures

Practice consistently supports high production volume with strong patient demand

Owner doctor has personally produced $1.6M+ annually primarily from bread-and-butter dentistry (no cherry-picking of cases or patients)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity (4 days/week) in a fast-growing coastal practice with a consistently full schedule and strong patient flow from day one .

The role exists due to rapid expansion and patient demand growth , including:

• Practice growth from $830K to $2.6M+ in under 2 years
• 90+ new patients/month with ongoing hygiene backlog and unmet demand
• Expansion from 6 to 11 operatories (June 2026)
• Current associate already on track for $200K+ in year one working 4 days/week in a single chair

You will be stepping into a production-ready schedule supported by a growing hygiene team and efficient systems designed to keep you clinically busy without chaos or unnecessary pressure.

Clinical Scope includes:

• Restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, composites)
• Extractions and oral surgery
• Endodontics (as desired)
• Implant placement and restoration (with mentorship available)
• Invisalign / aligners
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Emergency and general dentistry

Technology includes:

• CBCT
• Intraoral scanners
• Digital radiography
• Fully digital workflow systems

Mentorship & Growth:
Hands-on mentorship is available from experienced doctors with opportunities to expand into implants and advanced procedures over time. This is a strong fit for both:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and strong earnings , or
• A motivated newer dentist looking to grow quickly with full support

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed DDS/DMD (or eligible for licensure)
• New grads welcome (no residency required for strong fit)
