Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• 27% of adjusted production for doctors with 5 years of experience or less

• 30% of adjusted production for doctors with more than 5 years of experience

Expected Earnings: $220,000–$500,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee:

• $800/day for doctors with 5 years of experience or less

• $1,000/day for experienced doctors (negotiable )

Benefits Include:

• 50% medical insurance coverage

• $5,000 retention bonus

  • $2,500 after 3 months

  • $2,500 after 12 months

The Opportunity

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule and a consistently busy patient flow. The practice currently has one associate doctor and is seeking a second dentist to support continued growth.

The associate will work within the following office hours, with flexibility available:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (choose an 8-hour shift)

• Saturday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

The practice prefers a part-time associate working 2–3 days per week but is also open to a full-time schedule .

You'll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:

• CBCT

• Two iTero scanners

• Glidewell io same-day crown technology

• Updated treatment rooms

Mentorship and collaboration are available , making this a strong opportunity for:
