Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $200,000 base salary plus a 30% production bonus

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with the flexibility to start at 5 days per week and transition to a regular 4-day schedule over time.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ability to move to a 4-day workweek regularly as you get established

You’ll practice a broad scope of general dentistry , with mentorship available to grow into advanced procedures, including:

• Implants
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery
• Orthodontics

Our modern office is fully equipped with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, and laser dentistry .
