About the Role:

Radiant Grin Solutions LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Olathe, KS! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional environment where your skills and dedication truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and positive outcomes
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging to assess oral health conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive dental practices
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
• Active dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic surgical dental procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
