Arkansas Family Dental is seeking a general Associate Dentist to join our team in West Little Rock, AR.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement.
- Use the latest dental technology and participate in continuing education.
- Collaborate with the existing team during doctors-only meetings and study clubs to review cases and systems.
- Build and maintain a private patient base while contributing to practice growth (over 300 new patients per month).
Qualifications
- Dental degree from an accredited institution and valid state license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adopt modern dental technology.
- Experience in a general practice setting preferred (not mandatory).
