Associate Dentist

We are a new start up general practice in Fort Worth, TX. The goal of our practice is to create an environment where every patient feels cared for, well informed and individual. We believe in the absolutely highest quality dental work and giving our patients a peaceful experience at every step of their dental visit. The expectation is professionalism and working together as a team to create solutions to problems. We are a 4 operatory and 1 hygienist practice at the moment and we are seeking a dentist that has interest in doing amazing dental care and does not have to worry about anything else within the practice.

$76~$98 per hour

Salary Details
Dentists will be paid a daily fee of $650-$1000 per day depending on expirence or 25% to 30% of production (whichever is higher)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our new dental practice in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dental professional who is committed to providing exceptional care to patients in a welcoming and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to general dentistry, exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 year of clinical experience as a licensed dentist.
Valid state dental license and certifications.
Knowledge of implant dentistry is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Jobley Bonus: $280 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

We are a new practice and we are looking to open 2 days a week and then eventually build up our patient base and schedule to 4.5 days a week.
