Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate environment. You will support community health initiatives, participate in team activities, and promote a positive image of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training.
- Engage in patient education and foster positive experiences for both children and adults.
- Participate in team meetings, morning huddles, and community activities to enhance patient care and practice reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Valid license to practice dentistry in relevant states or eligibility for licensure.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
- Passion for caring for patients of all ages, especially children.
- Team-oriented attitude with respect and cooperation.
