Position: Full-Time Associate Dentist
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
Compensation: $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production
Hansen Family Dental is looking for a confident, compassionate Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Pasco, WA.
Founded in 2007, Hansen Family Dental has built a strong reputation for quality patient care and a supportive, close-knit team. Our well-rounded team of 14 includes 2 dentists, 5 RDHs, 4 RDAs, and 3 administrators. We value excellent dentistry, strong communication, teamwork, and building lasting relationships with our patients.
This is a great opportunity for a general dentist who wants excellent work-life balance, a supportive team, and a predictable four-day schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is greater
- Uncapped earning potential with 30% production-based compensation
- Estimated annual compensation of approximately $192,000–$360,000, based on schedule and production

Schedule
Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday
- Tuesday–Thursday: 6:50 AM team huddle – 3:10 PM
- Friday: 6:50 AM team huddle – 2:00 PM
- No evenings
- No weekends
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
- Completion of a General Dentistry Residency is a plus
- Confident general dentist who is comfortable providing comprehensive patient care
- Comfortable performing molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, professional, and compassionate chairside manner
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care
- Ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with patients
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to collaborating effectively with staff
