East Valley Dental Offices

Location: East Valley, AZ (Split Schedule Between Two Established Practices)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 days per week, split between two East Valley practices (2 days at one office and 3 days at the other)

Compensation: $750–$850 Daily Guarantee

American Dental Companies is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our East Valley practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician looking to practice comprehensive dentistry while working alongside supportive teams in two well-established offices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality general dentistry, including restorative care, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions within your clinical comfort level.
  • Educate patients on treatment recommendations and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and state board regulations.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona dental license required.
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable practicing independently while working collaboratively with a team.
  • Committed to providing ethical, patient-centered care.
