Position Overview: The Crown Dental Arts is seeking an Associate Dentist for a high-end practice in Draper, UT. This role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and leadership growth with partnership options after six months.
Clinical Duties: Perform comprehensive dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery using digital X-rays and 3D imaging.
Patient Care and Compliance: Deliver compassionate care, educate patients on oral health, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and follow infection control and OSHA standards.
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the dental team using four-handed dentistry to ensure optimal patient comfort.
