We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our 7-operatory facility. This is an ownership-track role designed for the right individual who wants to move beyond a traditional associate role and build equity in a proven, high-performing business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the on-site Orthodontic Specialist two days per month for multidisciplinary case planning and learning.
- Contribute to a fully digital workflow with iTero scanners, digital X-rays, and PAN to support efficient patient care.
- Maintain and grow patient relationships within a base of approximately 3,000 active patients and a strong internal referral network.
- Partner with experienced clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless daily operations and a professional, relaxed atmosphere.
- Engage in mentorship and leadership development with direct access to senior leaders for clinical cases and business acumen.
- Explore a buy-out opportunity and potential equity within the practice for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- Valid Minnesota Dental License.
- Open to all experience levels; strong personality, professional integrity, and growth mindset valued.
- Advanced Dental Therapists are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Highly competitive; higher of a daily guarantee or percentage of productionless lab.
