Overview

Ever wonder why you don’t see many dentist openings with MINT dentistry—especially in our most sought-after locations?

There’s a simple reason: our dentists tend to stay.

We may not have the right opening for you today, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t know each other. Join our talent network, learn more about what makes MINT different, and be among the first dentists we contact when the right opportunity becomes available.

Better yet, ask us to connect you with a MINT dentist and hear about the experience directly from someone doing the job.

Shouldn’t you be the first person we call when something opens up?

We’re Fully Staffed. Isn’t That Where You Want to Be?

Why Dentists Choose MINT—and Stay

  • A Reputation Built on Quality — Practice alongside talented dentists committed to exceptional clinical care, strong ethics, and continually raising the standard.
  • Exceptional Earning Potential — Production-based compensation with earning potential in the 90th percentile nationally, serving PPO and FFS patients—no HMO or DMO—plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a stake in the MINT brand.
  • Work-Life Balance — Flexible scheduling, great working hours, three weeks of time off, and opportunities close to home. We believe an exceptional career shouldn't require sacrificing your life outside of dentistry.
  • Marketing That Keeps You Busy — MINT's in-house marketing engine drives consistent patient demand and reliably full schedules year-round—averaging approximately 700 patients per office each month and 101 new patients per doctor.
  • Dentist-Led. Privately Held. — MINT is dentist-owned and operated, with no private equity influence and no non-dentist ownership. Our doctors enjoy broad clinical scope and the professional autonomy they deserve.
  • A Modern Place to Practice — Digital dentistry, a dedicated dental lab, advanced materials, technology, tools, and equipment—all within the chic, boutique environments MINT is known for.
  • A Team of Doctors — Practice in a collaborative environment built around teamwork, mentorship, development, and support from colleagues you'll be proud to work alongside.
  • MINT University — Continue developing your skills through in-house CE led by experienced MINT dentists and specialists, with training in areas including implants, cosmetics, Invisalign, and more. Our own Dental Assistant School also helps provide our offices with MINT-trained RDAs.
