Associate Dentist — Shoreline Dental Chicago Shoreline Dental Chicago is hiring an Associate Dentist to join our growing private practice in Chicago’s Streeterville Neighborhood. Start date is flexible, ideally the second week of July.
About us: We’re a doctor-owned, fee-for-service practice established over 7 years ago and continuing to grow. Our office has 8 operatories and a 15-person team, with a loyal patient base, modern technology, and an experienced clinical staff. Our doctors collaborate daily, and we invest heavily in our associates’ growth.
New graduates welcome — we believe in mentorship and will support you as you build your skills and confidence
Skilled at building rapport with patients — empathetic, warm, and genuinely interested in getting to know the people they’re treating
Active Illinois dental license, DEA registration, and current CPR/BLS certification.
Your first month with us will be spent shadowing the owner dentist. After shadowing, your day-to-day work will focus on general restorative dentistry, Invisalign, and cosmetic restorative cases. If your primary interests lie elsewhere (oral surgery, endo-heavy practice, pediatrics, etc.), Evenings and weekends are required — our patients prefer to be seen before work, after work, and on weekends, and our schedule reflects that. Compensation & structure:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
Daily rate is paid while in training
Tiered percentage structure ranging from 30% to 36%, with the percentage increasing as productivity grows — the more you produce, the more you earn
Robust clinical team including other General Dentists and an in-house Periodontist
~Dedicated assistant for the associate doctor
~ Digital X-rays, iTero scanners, CBCT, and an in-house 3D printer
Streeterville, walking distance to the Red Line, Brown Line, and multiple bus routes. Paid parking available in the building, with paid street parking nearby.
