Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist (1–2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–2 years preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary or production-based compensation (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnoses, restorative treatment, and preventative services

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

Develop and maintain strong patient relationships

Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans

Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care

Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active NC state dental license in good standing

1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality patient care

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
