Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality, comprehensive clinical treatment with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Execute restorative care, including composite and amalgam restorations.
- Perform endodontic procedures (root canals) accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine as well as surgical/complex extractions.
- Establish clear, empathetic communication with patients regarding treatment options, care plans, and long-term oral hygiene.
Qualifications
- Education & Licensing: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution with an active Oregon dental license.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a practice environment.
- Clinical Skills: Proven expertise in endodontics, extractions, and direct restorations (composite/amalgam).
- Interpersonal Attributes: Outstanding chair side manner, strong verbal communication, and a passion for building lasting patient relationships.
