The Opportunity

Associate Dentist – practice full‑scope family dentistry, treat patients of all ages, perform implant procedures, and provide preventive care. If you are passionate about making a real difference in your community and want to grow your clinical skills, this is the place for you.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver full‑scope family dentistry to a diverse patient base.
  • Perform surgical implant placement as part of the comprehensive services.
  • Participate in morning huddles, team‑building activities, and community outreach events.
  • Mentor and receive mentorship within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Practice Features

  • Full‑scope family dentistry, including implant placement.
  • DentaPro software.
  • Digital X‑ray and Panorex units.
  • Fiber‑optic handpieces.
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
  • Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • Average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
  • State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

Qualifications

  • Passion for serving children and adults with compassion and care.
