Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver full‑scope family dentistry to a diverse patient base.
- Perform surgical implant placement as part of the comprehensive services.
- Participate in morning huddles, team‑building activities, and community outreach events.
- Mentor and receive mentorship within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Practice Features
- Full‑scope family dentistry, including implant placement.
- DentaPro software.
- Digital X‑ray and Panorex units.
- Fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
- State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program.
- Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
- CPR, DEA, and other state‑required certifications.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Passion for serving children and adults with compassion and care.
