Associate Dentist - $40,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Your role will support our mission by providing excellent dental care to children and adults in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

Associate Dentists provide dental services to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team. The practice environment includes:

• DentaPro practice management software
• Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
• Fiber‑optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• Team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
• Patient population: primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
• Average workflow: 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day
• Insurance mix includes state plans, PPOs, and out‑of‑network payors
• Growth and development through mentoring and collaboration
• Enjoy working with children, who make up 70%+ of the patient base

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure
• Required certifications, such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification in LA, MS, DC, TX, or MA
• Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
• Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation
