Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of net collections, with compensation structure based on experience

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$200,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $80–$100 per hour guaranteed during the first 3 months

Housing Assistance: Housing support available for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity offering an outstanding quality of life with a 4-day work week, Fridays off, and 3-day weekends year-round . Associates enjoy approximately 183 working days per year , 6 weeks of paid vacation , and flexible summer hours.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive bread-and-butter dentistry
• Restorative dentistry
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Crown and bridge
• Dentures and partial dentures
• Root canal therapy
• Clear aligner therapy and limited orthodontic treatment with SureSmile
• Opportunities to expand clinical skills based on your interests

For dentists interested in expanding their skill set, there are opportunities to learn additional procedures. The senior doctor actively places implants and is open to mentoring associates who want to develop implant skills.
