Potranco Smiles is a busy, high-volume private practice on the west side of San Antonio, Texas , led by Dr. Dhaval Thakkar, DMD . Our team is service-focused in the truest sense: we believe the more we serve our patients, our team members, and our community, the more successful we become. We're adding a dentist to an established, full schedule , with an immediate opening and a path to partnership for the right long-term fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Base Guarantee: $16,000–$19,000 per month , based on experience

Compensation: 27–30% of adjusted production , rising to up to 35% of adjusted production once monthly production thresholds are met

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$20,000 for a two-year commitment, based on experience, paid in two installments (on joining and at the one-year anniversary); the first installment can be applied to relocation expenses

Schedule

• Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM


• Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


• No weekends , with flexibility on start and end times

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a high-volume practice where you step into a full, established schedule on day one, backed by an excellent, service-focused team and the systems to keep you producing.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Root canals


• Crown and bridge


• Implant restorations


• Invisalign


• Extractions


• Dentures and limited pediatric care

Mentorship is informal and always available: peer support, case guidance, and continuing education in a practice that invests in its doctors' growth.

You'll be supported by digital X-rays , an iTero scanner , and electronic health records.

Ownership is on the table. There's a path to partnership for a dentist who builds a long-term future here, and we're hiring within the next 30 to 60 days.

• A licensed general dentist ; prior clinical experience or an AEGD is preferred for this high-volume setting, and strong new graduates are welcome
