Dr. Wayne Syn has built a 30-year career in Orland perfecting laser and aesthetic treatments for patients in this rural agricultural town that sits in the northern Sacramento Valley. The Sacramento River runs 10 miles East of Orland and Black Butte Lake sits 8 miles West. A member of Bee City USA, Orland is the "Queen Bee Capital of North America" due to its robust local and regional queen bee production as part of the county's agricultural products. Needless to say, Dr. Syn has always created a lot of “buzz” in Orland based on his solid family values and outstanding clinical skills. Dr. Syn is looking for an associate with a thirst for small town values and big city opportunities. Whether you are a recent graduate or a mature clinician, we have an opportunity for the right person who is looking for a new dental home and shares our vision and values.

Schedule: 4 days per week, 7 hours per day.

Compensation

• 15k Sign on Bonus!!
• 30% of net production which could lead to $180,000 to $300,000 per year!

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations: new, periodic, and problem focused.
• Determine and present treatment options.
• Provide dental care and treatment as prescribed and accepted by patients.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Educate patients on restorative and preventative dental health care.
• Actively work with team members to support and enhance our “work family” culture.
• Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with our practice mission and core values.

Qualifications or Requirements

• Dental License
• DEA Registration
