This position will report to our Creative Production Project Manager.The Associate Creative Production Project Manager is responsible for working with cross functional internal teams through the end-to-end development of packaging creation. This role is critical in managing each project from concept through production and shaping our brand vision and identity within the Marketing department. The Associate Creative Production Project Manager will serve as a business partner to internal and external cross functional partners, offering timely completion of creative projects.Responsibilities:Manage multiple concurrent packaging projects, maintaining strict timelines.Manage projects through PM tracking systems Esko and Asana.Key liaison between Creative Team, Project Management Team and additional internal partners.
As well as external vendorsAttention to detail and a sense of urgency is necessary to ensure that all objectives are met on time and with excellenceAttend project review meetings to keep cross functional teams informed of project statusQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a CPG, food and beverage, beauty companyUnderstanding of the creative production process for packaging, displays and other items is essentialProven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting tight deadlines, and staying within budgetProficient in delivering concise, actionable project status updates to large groupsAbility to effectively liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partnersProficiency in project management tools such as Eskow or AsanaFamiliarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and PDFsStrong Excel and PowerPoint SkillsManagement of internal and external vendor proofing and communications.Knowledge of package design and P.O.P pre and postproduction requirements.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project requirements in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful project completion and team successOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently and manage multiple projects at onceWorksite:The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New JerseyThe role requires working on-site: Monday thru Friday.
