Associate Creative Director, Experience DesignThe Associate Creative Director, Experience Design brings bold ideas and a passion for creating standout digital experiences. In this leadership role, you'll inspire our design team while shaping audience-first experience models that connect brand goals with user needs. You'll collaborate closely with clients and agency partners to turn insights into innovative, human-centered solutions—from concept through execution.What You'll Do:Lead and manage a team of UX designers and researchers - creating an environment that fosters creativity and collaborationConnect design strategy to business resultsAssist in defining the UX vision and advancing the UX design efforts for Team One's clients and within the agencyAssist in directing quantitative and qualitative user research; craft how we synthesize data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and recommend design directionsWork cross functionally and help identify user requirements to shape and prioritize feature sets across multiple platformsCollaborate and maintain an adaptable, scalable design system that seamlessly aligns with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital platforms.Embrace both user testing and A/B testing as methodologies to understand what design and interactions best work toward acquiring more members and retaining themLead projects, create and communicate concepts to clients and team membersGuide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and creatives, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in system design and user experience.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, using new tools and methodologies to inspire and drive innovation within the design team.What You Bring:A Bachelor's degree, ideally5+ years of mobile design and UX experience, with 2+ years' experience in managing teams (bonus if that experience is at a creative agency)A strong understanding of digital design and executionExpertise with the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and G SuiteA robust portfolio that shows a range of user focused desktop and mobile design solutionsExperience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative executionBalanced interaction design skills, visual design sensibilities, and understanding of how subject areas exist togetherKnowledge of motion graphic and interaction design skillsExperience and/or interest in 3D interaction patterns and interfaces both in 2D planes and within a 3D spaceIn-depth understanding of HTML/dHTML and the capabilities of web browsersExperience with user testing and A/B testingExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsStrong command of agile development processes and ritualsExperience with various platforms (web/mobile/tablet)Ability to travel as neededCompensation Range: $105,165.00 - $158,290.00 annually.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
