Seeking a hands-on creative leader, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Design will develop and direct work across brand, campaign, experiential, content, digital, and motion projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic studio environment. Key responsibilities Lead the ideation, design, and development of creative projects across various mediums Provide informed creative leadership in motion design, animation, CGI, VFX, and post-production Maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate creative concepts and direction Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or production company 4+ years of experience leading significant creative projects and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated experience in directing motion design, animation, CGI, VFX, and post-production work Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative direction across various projects Ability to mentor and develop creative talent within a collaborative environment
