• Fintechexperienceand/orin-houseexperienceatabankorfinancialinstitutionisaplus.
• ProficiencywithAItoolsaplus.
• Abilitytoprioritizeappropriately,andmeetdeadlinesinahigh-pressureenvironment
• JDdegreefromatoptierlawschool,admissiontotheNewYorkbaringoodstanding

Compensation

CompensationincludesatargetOTErangeof$175,000-$200,000consistingofbasesalaryandapartformance-basedbonus.Actualcompensationwilldependonsimilarfactors,includingthescandidate'slocation,skills,experience,andmarketconsiderations.Additionally,equityisacomponentoftheoverallcompensationpackage,providingeployeeswiththeopportunitiestoshareinthelong-termsuccessandgrowthofthecompany.

Weofferacomprehensivebenefitspackagethatincludesmedical,dental,andvisioncoverage,401(k),short-and-long-termdisabilitycoverage,andflexiblevacation. WehaveofficesinAustin,TX,NewYorkCity,NY,andSaltLakeCity,UT,withhybridrolesbasedintheselocationsandanexpectationoftwodaysperweekinoffice(TuesdaysandThursdays).
