This role is critical in ensuring that contractual agreements align with company standards, mitigate risk, and support business objectives across our technology solutions portfolio.The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and experience working within the OEM, VAR, or technology solutions space.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and redline a wide range of contracts, including:Vendor and OEM agreementsCustomer contractsNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendmentsLease documentsPartner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and leadership) to align contract terms with business goalsIdentify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate issues as appropriateEnsure consistency with company policies, legal standards, and compliance requirementsSupport negotiations with customers, partners, and vendorsMaintain templates and standard contract language to improve efficiencyAssist with process improvements related to contract management and review workflowsReports to legal counsel and COOQualificationsJuris Doctor1 - 2+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiationExperience in the OEM, VAR, IT services, or technology solutions industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of common contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.)Proven ability to independently review and redline contracts with minimal oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a high-growth or services-driven organizationFamiliarity with technology vendor agreements and partner ecosystemsHands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (e.g., Ironclad strongly preferred)Location RequirementWill be based in the Boise, Idaho area (including Meridian and surrounding communities) or willing to relocate to the Boise/Meridian areaCompuNet, Inc.
