Enverus in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to own customer subscription agreements, data licenses, and vendor contracts end-to-end. This high-volume, high-autonomy role reports to the General Counsel and works with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Security.
You will advise on AI and data-use terms, privacy and regulatory matters, and collaborate with outside counsel to manage contractual relationships, IP issues, acquisitions, and data distribution.
