Duties
- Advise fund sponsors on liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and recapitalizations.
- Handle traditional LP portfolio sales and fund-level preferred equity investments.
- Provide counsel on GP-level preferred equity investments and investments in firm sponsors.
- Collaborate with global teams to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
- Strong understanding of fund operational matters.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
