Duties
- Advise fund sponsors globally on liquidity transactions.
- Handle continuation funds, recapitalizations, and LP portfolio sales.
- Manage fund-level and GP-level preferred equity investments.
- Provide counsel on investments in firm sponsors.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
- Strong understanding of fund operational matters.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
