Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including consulting, marketing, services, nondisclosure, and manufacturing contracts.
- Provide legal guidance on advertising strategies, marketing content, and social media activities.
- Advise on privacy laws and data security regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and refining corporate compliance policies and procedures.

- Support litigation efforts by managing legal processes and documentation.
