Supporting applied research and evaluation projects, the full-time Associate Consultant, Energy Solutions will assist utility clients in enhancing customer service by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and contributing to client-ready deliverables in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Contribute to the development of data collection tools such as interview guides and surveys Conduct interviews and support primary data collection activities while analyzing information from various research methods Collaborate with project teams to interpret results and develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with up to two years of relevant experience in applied research, program evaluation, or social science Exposure to social science research methods through academic coursework or internships Basic experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and familiarity with statistical concepts Proficiency in Excel and analytical software such as Stata, SPSS, R, or Python Experience in primary data collection activities like interviews, focus groups, or surveys is a plus
