Vesta Digital Intelligence is a boutique consulting firm that implements Atlassian and Asana for mid-market and enterprise clients. Our work spans Jira and Jira Service Management, Atlassian Cloud migrations, ITSM architecture, Asana enterprise rollouts, and AI integration.
Were a small, senior team, so youll learn quickly and work directly with experienced consultants.
The role
Youll join Vestas delivery team as an Associate Consultant, working on client projects with guidance from senior consultants. This is a full-time position, fully remote within the US.
No Atlassian or Asana experience is required. We train you on both platforms through a structured 14-week training program, and then you deliver.
Expect 80% or more of your time on billable client work once youre ramped.
What youll do
Configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Asana for client projects, with senior guidance.
Take part in client workshops, capture requirements, and document them clearly.
Build and test workflows, forms, automations, and dashboards.
Write documentation and training materials for client teams.
Support client users during rollout by answering questions and fixing issues.
Track your time accurately and keep your work on schedule.
What were looking for
A recent graduate or career changer with 0-2 years of professional experience.
No Atlassian or Asana experience needed.
Strong written and verbal communication.
An analytical mindset, and comfort learning software quickly.
Organization and reliability, with comfort working to a high billable utilization target.
Curiosity and willingness to learn, including new platform features and AI tooling.
Nice to have
Experience in IT support, project coordination, business analysis, or operations, and any prior use of work-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
Location
Vesta is remote-first and has no office, so you can work from anywhere in the US.
The role is fully remote, with occasional travel for team meetings.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
